I recommend Ancora Park for families who want pool space and the option of a villa. The Olympic-sized pool and two children's pools do much of the work, the restaurant and spa keep options on site, and Porto de Mós beach is 700 metres away, so I would still plan on a short walk or ride. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi come throughout. If you want a town-centre base in Lagos, I would pick another hotel.
